Alpha-Bits ¾ oz. On the back of the single Alpha-Bits package in Post Tens and Treat Paks. Cropped toward right edge, bright blue sky, green jersey, washed out green grass. Blue border when over cut. Adhesive pattern shows across the bottom and in the middle at far right.

Alpha-Bits ¾ oz version 1 (left) and version 2 (right) Version 2 shows blue dots in the areas circled while version 1 does not have these dots. The appearance of Hornung's head is different between the two versions. Version 2 makes Hornung's eyes appear to be squinting and his mouth looks like his teeth are clenched closer together. The overall shape of the head in version 1 appears to be more slender.

Alpha-Bits 8 oz. Double print with CC8. Darker blue sky, grass and jersey than CC8. Normal yellow football. Common border card.

Alpha-Bits 8 oz. version 1 (top) and version 2 (bottom) Version 1 shows a round dot over the "i" in "in" and version 2 shows a square dot. Version 1 has a red dot under the "6" in "1961". Version 1 is from panels that were on blue bottom flap boxes while version 2 is from yellow bottom flap shelf-talker boxes.
